Water pavilion

The '' water pavilion '' represents the concept for an art installation on an Upper Bavarian lake. Standing directly on the water, the pavilion stages the elementary interplay of sunlight, water and space. A footbridge leads from the bank into the first of the two rooms, which basically only consists of a roof as a projection surface in order to make the shimmering reflection patterns visible, which are created by the reflection of the sunlight on the waves. The footbridge leads further into a "Blue Grotto", which is only illuminated by the sunlight scattered in the water and is thereby bathed in a flickering, blue-green light. At the end, the footbridge leaves the building and finally allows the visitor to see the entire lake that surrounds him.
