New building, Munich
Single family
house Lindner
On the small plot of land, the house makes maximum use of the building law options and yet has a concise shape with an exciting interplay of openness and unity. On the ground floor, the building opens onto the garden, as the high, wild hedge ensures the necessary privacy.
Due to its materiality, the house looks like a raw block of natural stone. The sunken ground floor allows not only more living space in the roof, but also an interesting spatial definition through the slope walls.
